Visit the El Valle open air market and walk amidst vendors selling local fruits and vegetables and artisans selling their local crafts such as hand woven baskets, molas, wooden bowls, paintings on feathers and many other gifts.
On Sundays the market takes on a festive atmosphere as it swells with additional vendors set their booths as well.
There are also several handicraft shops open on the same block.
A great place to visit any day of the week to experience some Panamanian life.
The Canopy Zip Line Adventure

EL NISPERO ZOO & BOTANICAL GARDEN
A small zoo in the heart of El Valle with many entertaining animals.
Apparently the parrots like to talk and can be encouraged to do so if you bring
some fruit as a treat for them.
The sloths are in a cage low enough that you can put your finger through the
chain link fence and feel the coarseness of their fur.
The monkeys are very entertaining and love the attention of the customers.
The zoo is home to the endangered Gold Frog in the Amphibian Conservation
